As a Windows Migration Specialist, you will ensure smooth IT operations (Windows Migration) with excellent customer service.
You will work independently and as part of a team, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and providing clear, patient advice. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems, and Microsoft Office suite is essential!
What You'll Do
• Builds laptop/desktop with USB Stick or OTA
• Provide hands-on technical support and advice on site
• Delivering exceptional support experiences to customers
• Address customer queries with patience and empathy
• Guide and train customers in technology and IT policies
• Educating customers on new technologies to enhance adoption
• Manage customer expectations for better IT support experiences
Skills
• Experience with Windows migration projects
• Outstanding customer service under pressure
• Discretion in prioritizing urgent matters based on business impact
• Troubleshoot and remediate complex issues, documenting changes
• Work independently while supporting the team
• Expertise in desktop hardware and system functional specifications
Additional Skills (preferred but not necessary)
• Experience with investment banking/trade floor clients is advantageous
• Knowledge of market data products (FactSet, Bloomberg, Eikon) is beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
