Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to managing customer implementations for Account Galaxy and Token Galaxy products. This role will work directly with bank customers, partners, internal product teams, engineering, QA, operations, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding, integration, UAT, certification, and production go-live.

The Implementation Lead will be responsible for driving multiple customer implementations in parallel, managing project execution, resolving integration challenges, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring customers receive a smooth and professional implementation experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Account Galaxy and Token Galaxy products for bank customers and partners.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Solution Engineers supporting customer integrations.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing implementation lead for technical and functional discussions.
  • Own implementation planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate solution walkthroughs, API discussions, integration planning, UAT, certification, and go-live readiness.
  • Work with customers to understand business requirements, technical integration needs, and operational processes.
  • Guide Solution Engineers in explaining product features, Open API specifications, request/response formats, authentication, error handling, and integration flows.
  • Review customer requirements and identify product gaps, configuration needs, integration challenges, and enhancement requests.
  • Partner with product managers, developers, QA, DevOps, compliance, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
  • Track customer issues, defects, and enhancement requests through tools such as Jira or similar systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation of requirements, solution design, API flows, test scenarios, UAT findings, and go-live checklists.
  • Lead regular implementation status meetings with customers and internal teams.
  • Escalate risks, delays, blockers, and critical issues to leadership with recommended action plans.
  • Ensure implementations follow internal delivery standards, security guidelines, audit controls, and banking compliance expectations.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to production support teams.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes, onboarding playbooks, customer documentation, and delivery best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 12–15 years of IT experience, preferably in banking, fintech, payments, deposits, digital banking, or financial technology platforms.
  • Strong experience leading customer-facing technology implementations.
  • Prior experience managing or leading Solution Engineers, Business Analysts, Technical Consultants, or Implementation Engineers.
  • Strong understanding of banking products such as deposit accounts, virtual accounts, checking accounts, savings accounts, escrow accounts, fiduciary accounts, or digital asset accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, JSON/XML payloads, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing customer integrations, UAT, certification, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to identify product gaps and work with product and engineering teams to define solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, DevOps, compliance, operations, and customer support.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with deposit account platforms, virtual account management, payment systems, card solutions, or digital asset platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SQL, log analysis tools, and API testing tools.
  • Understanding of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, databases, cloud environments, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience with banking compliance, audit, security, and operational controls.
  • Knowledge of payment message formats such as ISO 20022, NACHA, SWIFT, or real-time payment integrations.
  • Experience creating implementation playbooks, customer onboarding guides, and go-live readiness frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a senior implementation professional with strong banking or fintech domain experience, hands-on integration knowledge, and the ability to lead both customers and internal technical teams. This person should be comfortable managing multiple implementations at the same time, guiding Solution Engineers, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high-quality delivery from onboarding through production go-live.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
