What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Specialist position at ECLARO?

- Serve as the first point of contact for all users to troubleshoot and resolve IT Service Desk issues, with on-call availability when needed.
- Support users across a wide range of technologies, including networks, telephony, computers, printers, conference room audio/video systems, and approved software. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on workstations, laptops, and personal devices.
- Support for Office 365 applications such as email, SharePoint, and Office. Maintain inventory for all Houston-based IT infrastructure and equipment, and act as system administrator for several business-critical applications—supporting onboarding and offboarding, providing Level 1 support
Issue triage, and managing ISO certificate and permission processes across the ISO markets we participate in.
