Position Overview:

• Responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and training staff on correct operating procedures.
• Troubleshooting and fix hardware and software issue including computer, printer, scanner, and monitor etc.
• Network Management and Maintenance
• Security camera system management and maintenance.
• Customer Portal Management
• IT Asset Management
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, Access Points. Able to independently solve network problems encountered.
• Responsible for network equipment, internet, and Wi-Fi management and maintenance. Troubleshooting and fix the network issue, ensuring network uptime, security, and maximize network performance. Able to replace, update and program network devices.
• Responsible for new proposal of the new network project, submitting requisition, tracking project and working with supplier testing, acceptance, and deliver.
• Responsible for the asset management of IT Network equipment related equipment to ensure IT asset accuracy.
• Responsible for IT Network equipment hardware and software upgrades.
• Wi-Fi Customer Portal authentication access.
• Network Security including authentication and access.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation in the MDF and tracking of MDF equipment and materials per company guidelines.
• Responsible for data connections from the IDFs to MDFs including managing fiber runs within the IDFs and MDFs.
• Responsible for reporting any foreseen risks associated with IT.
• Responsible for creating suggestions for the Network Roadmaps, or improvements.
• Backup for the daily operation of computer peripherals and desktop systems maintenance. Able to independently solve hardware and software problems encountered daily including computer, printer, scanner, monitor, conference meeting equipment, and related office and design software etc.
• Backup Security camera system management including user and permission management
• Backup for new employee computer setup and release; terminated employee computer revoke.
• Other duties as assigned by manager or management team.
  
  

Pay Rate: $68 - $70 / Hour
