Residential Adolescent Treatment Aide (4pm to midnight)

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule Options:

• 8-hour or 12-hour evening/night shifts
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Must work 4 weekend days per month
• 24/7 residential facility

What You Will Do

As a Direct Care Staff member, you are an essential part of our treatment team. You will:

• Provide active supervision and ensure youth safety at all times
• Build positive mentoring relationships and model healthy behaviors
• Teach daily living skills and assist with homework
• Facilitate activities, groups, and morning meetings
• Support youth in meeting their individualized treatment goals
• Complete required documentation in our electronic health record
• Conduct routine safety checks (including overnight checks when assigned)
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments
• Respond appropriately to crises and complete incident reports

You will be trained in Trauma-Informed Care, Restorative Approach, and Risking Connections.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, TB screening, and physical
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office)

Shift differentials available

Experience in mental health, addiction services, peer support, or youth work preferred but not required.
