Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and history of success that spans more than 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 14 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking a Support Specialist for our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and determine source and advise on appropriate action, escalating as appropriate
- Provide email support, phone support and conference support to end users across the organization
- Provide a courteous professional response to queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email or chat
- Follow-up and close out all open tickets
- PC set-up, delivery and general maintenance
- Provide on-call support after business hours
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Minimum two years of help desk experience
