Financial Services Litigation Associate

Eckert Seamans, a national AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join our Financial Services Litigation practices in our White Plains, New York office. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience with representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will have three (3) to seven (7) years of financial services litigation experience
• Admission to the New York bar is required 
• Deposition and oral argument experience
• Court experience is necessary
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiastic work attitude
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently, and work well as a member of a team

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $165,000 to $185,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as we will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work skills and experience, and education.
