We're looking for a Bakery Operations Manager to lead our bakery at Eckert's Country Store in Belleville, IL.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily bakery operations, mentor an amazing team, manage production and merchandising, ensure food safety, and help drive the success of one of the busiest departments on the farm.
