The Janitor is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and general upkeep of center buildings and grounds.Performs general janitorial duties in an office, such as cleaning, dusting, washing windows, and moving and polishing furniture and equipment.Performs minor maintenance repairs. Arranges for repair of office equipment and utilities.Ensures that all tools and equipment are in good repair.Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. Prefer one year or more years of work-related experience. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.Additional Requirements: Knowledge of special laundry care for all types of materials. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification. Ability to communicate effectively and relate to the trainee population. Ability to operate power tools. Position requires an ability to operate various mechanical equipment.
