What You’ll Do
- Fire up the action by reviewing daily melt schedules and preparing the right aluminum alloys to keep production moving.
- Load furnaces with ingot and recycled metal, then monitor temperatures and processes to create high-quality castings.
- Keep the melt clean and production-ready by skimming impurities, degassing alloys, and maintaining furnace conditions.
- Work closely with our Metallurgical Lab team by collecting test samples and helping ensure every melt meets quality standards.
- Be at the center of the operation by coordinating the safe movement and pouring of molten metal to support casting production.
- Follow product specifications and work instructions to help create precision components used in aerospace, defense, and other cutting-edge industries.
- Take pride in your workspace by performing equipment checks, maintaining 6S standards, and helping keep the foundry safe, organized, and efficient.

What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience preferred (we’ll train motivated applicants!).
- Comfortable working with heat, metal, and precision tools.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
