Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with timely follow-ups.
- Policy Advisement: Offer professional advice on coverage options to ensure clients are fully protected.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage through comprehensive and personalized bundling solutions.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and trust with the agency.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will provide training for good individual.
- Experience: 2 years in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to offer solutions that address client needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and meticulous handling of client information.

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
