Our experienced customer relations team handles the customer service, sales support, and client relationship management for each account on our roster, ensuring that all transactions meet company standards and customer satisfaction metrics. The experienced care of our customer service and sales support staff as well as the thorough oversight from our senior and junior managers has allowed us to acquire new markets and grow our operations exponentially over the past year.
Due to the growth we’ve seen, we are now seeking a new Management Trainee to join our team and help propel our operations forward! As a Management Trainee with EC Consumer Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned accounts, including the management of customer service and sales communications, follow-ups with existing and prospective customers, and the management of junior staff/managers. You will learn team management skills, leadership techniques, and business development strategies from our experienced senior managers as you build your career at EC Consumer Services and beyond.
Responsibilities of a Management Trainee:
- Engage directly with clientele as an expert negotiator in client relations and sales support services
- Shadow senior managers in order to gain a well-rounded and thorough understanding of business operations and cross-functional departments
- Monitor and document team performance on a daily basis, ensuring sales targets, customer service metrics, and account management tasks are met
- Assist in the day-to-day management of local accounts, including taking customer service calls, closing sales deals, and troubleshooting customer concerns
- Work closely with human resources, sales, customer service, and senior management departments to build experience in all aspects of business operations
- Abide by all compliance policies and procedures set forth by the client and the company to ensure all transactions meet legal regulatory requirements
Qualifications of a Management Trainee:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1 years experience in management/supervisory roles, preferred
- Strong team management skills/leadership potential
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Humble individuals looking to start in an entry level position and work their way up
- Positive attitude, ability to view obstacles as learning opportunities rather than setbacks

Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week
