This role plays an essential part by delivering high-quality interior painting, detailed trim work, and professional surface preparation to ensure apartment homes and common areas are completed with precision and efficiency. - Perform interior painting in apartment homes and common areas
- Operate paint sprayers and perform detailed brush and trim work
- Prepare surfaces including sanding, patching, priming, caulking, and minor sheet rock repair
- Complete light make-ready tasks such as hardware and light fixture replacement
- Maintain organized inventory of paint supplies and materials
- Ensure clean, safe, and professional work areas at all times
- Support timely apartment turns and overall property presentation standards
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2–4 years of professional painting experience required
- Proficient with paint sprayers and detailed trim/finish work
- Experience with interior surface preparation and minor drywall repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed
- Basic handyman or light maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time .
- Will need to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching above shoulders.
- Occasional exposure to paint fumes, solvents, adhesives, etc. Employee must wear Personal Protective Equipment, rubber gloves and eye protection, when necessary.
