The site is a petrochemical/chemical manufacturing operation requiring engineering support for construction, commissioning, startup, reliability, maintenance, and operations activities
Position Summary
The Mechanical Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the reliable operation of mechanical systems and equipment. This role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

Role And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for mechanical systems and equipment
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance best practices
- Facilitate training and development for maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or mechanical maintenance is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
