What You Will Do
- Respond quickly to inbound homeowners and set the right first impression
- Understand each homeowner’s situation, not just the request
- Schedule and prepare opportunities for our Comfort Advisors
- Communicate clearly through phone, text, and email
- Own the follow-up and re-engage homeowners who have not yet responded
- Stay connected through multiple touchpoints until the homeowner feels confident moving forward
- Track and manage opportunities inside HubSpot CRM
- Help create a smooth, professional, and personal buying experience
