Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Application Delivery & Strategy (ADS) Team works cross-functionally to support initiatives that impact agents and customers. From defining the agent tool experience, to testing applications, to writing the features that support new business initiatives; we are helping to remove the barriers between agents and a world-class customer experience.
DISH is seeking a highly motivated business requirements writer to drive agent application strategy within the Application Delivery & Strategy team. The role centers on defining and managing end-to-end business requirements for the applications agents utilize to provide customers with real-time support. The team collaborates closely with multiple business and IT stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, from initial concept to production delivery. The team is actively engaged in supporting growth areas of several businesses, including DISH’s TV and OnTech business. You will help support the launch of new initiatives and help align agent tools with DISH’s business direction. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and comprehend project requirements, ensuring clear understanding of the needs, goals, and expectations; this includes influencing teams toward the most impactful and efficient solutions to attain their objectives
- Articulate requirements in a structured and detailed manner; creating clear, concise, and unambiguous documentation that serves as a foundation for the development process
- Maintain open and proactive lines of communication with stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, potential scope changes, and deadlines while upholding business rules and correlating documentation
- Research and analyze existing processes and products; understanding the end-to-end user experience, and proactively identifying and executing upon enhancement opportunities
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university or 4 years project management experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is satisfactory
