Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of core systems, workflows, flaws and workarounds, expected and unexpected behavior. Identify, investigate and correct issues related to campaign execution and performance; escalate and collaborate with other internal parties and vendors
- Execute advanced reporting and data analysis across multiple platforms, utilizing a deep understanding of data sets to provide strategic recommendations
- Support cross-functional initiatives by testing, documenting technical requirements, and providing data teams with specifications for new fields and tracking values
- Build and maintain functional dashboards and monitoring tools to assist the team with pacing, QA, diagnostics, and ad-hoc reporting
- Document technical procedures for new workflows and project launches, ensuring all process changes are clearly communicated and accessible to the team
- Cultivate relationships internally and externally with Sales, Vendors, Ad Tech, Engineers, P&I, Data, Marketing, etc
- Assist team with day to day responsibilities during high-volume periods, including order entry, targeting, QA, encoding, pacing, etc
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a related field in ad ops (advertising operations), tech ops, publisher campaign management, TV company ad sales, agency or ad tech company
Skills and Qualifications:
- SQL experience a plus
- Industry experience and familiarity with software and applications such as Decentrix, Freewheel, Tableau, Kibana, or other media platforms a plus
- Professional written and verbal communication skills required
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized with an ability to multi-task and execute under aggressive timelines
