You'll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights
- Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutions
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, high-quality data sets and reports
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements and automation
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as needed
- Data Visualization: Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR
- 1-3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
