Key Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, office moves, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
- Maintain building and property through keeping it in clean and orderly condition
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the fac
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience, including the use of standard, maintenance related power tools and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical labor as required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
- Open to occasional on call in the case of emergencies
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
