Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of billing promotions, including intake, validation, system implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch support
- Act as the primary liaison across Billing, CXO, Product, Marketing, and Technology to ensure accurate configuration and timely execution of promotional offers
- Monitor promotion performance and customer impact through detailed data analysis, identifying trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready presentations to provide clear visibility into promotion health and key business metrics
- Coordinate small to mid-sized billing initiatives, managing timelines, requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery
- Drive continuous process improvement by documenting best practices, supporting root cause analysis, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with billing policies and standards
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
- 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Customer Billing and/or Release Management preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and similar functions
- Experience with SQL, including writing queries, is required
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments
