- Serve as the go-to expert for Billing & Credit towards device financing, ensuring accuracy and a seamless customer experience
- Identify trends and key metrics to guide leadership in enhancing operational performance
- Contribute to process improvement efforts, documentation, and best practices around device financing
- Provide data-backed recommendations that support goals and team initiatives
- Conduct data analysis to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and quality
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely to leadership
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to Macros
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and/or Microsoft Access is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Applications
