Job DescriptionEchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag and Title Specialist for our dealership in Henderson, NV. Our Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we’re looking for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Process all vehicles for registration in the state where they will be titled.
- Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
- Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
- Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience- Preferred
- Knowledge of DMV Software
