Our client is looking for a Global Mobility Coordinator to support international employees of our corporate clients as they relocate and settle in the United States.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and their relocating employees
- Coordinate relocation and settlement services, working closely with clients and external service providers
- Guide employees through local services and daily life in the U.S.
- Respond promptly to inquiries through our communication platform and assist walk-in visitors at our office
- Coordinate support for urgent requests and follow up to ensure every need is resolved
- Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
- Contribute to improving service processes and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- Fluency in Korean and English (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, global mobility, relocation, HR support, or administrative operations
