What are the responsibilities and job description for the Co-Founder position at EchoLab?
We are an early-stage technology company building products in the experimentation and product analytics space. Our focus is on helping product and growth teams improve how experimentation ideas are sourced, evaluated, and operationalized. The company is currently in its formative stage, with active product development underway.
This is a remote role. The Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping the company’s product direction, experimentation strategy, and overall business execution.
Responsibilities include defining experimentation platform strategy, contributing to product and technical decisions, supporting go-to-market efforts, engaging with early customers and partners, and participating in fundraising and long-term company planning. The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team to build, launch, and scale the company.
Experimentation & Platform Experience
- Experience designing, building, or operating A/B experimentation platforms or experimentation pipelines
- Familiarity with experimentation tools such as GrowthBook, Optimizely, Statsig, VWO, LaunchDarkly, or comparable in-house systems
- Strong understanding of experimentation workflows, metrics, and governance
- Ability to distinguish between experimentable product questions and deterministic issues
Business & Entrepreneurial Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Strong business acumen and comfort making product, technical, and commercial tradeoffs
- Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy, customer discovery, or early revenue efforts
- Ability to connect experimentation outcomes to business impact
General Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a small founding team
- Prior startup or early-stage experience is preferred
