Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our fast-growing team. 

Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will primarily support the Accounts Payable (A/P) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies
• Review and verify vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and reconcile accounts
• Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and expenses
• Support other accounting tasks as assigned
• Support year-end 1099 preparation and vendor reporting
• Assist with the implementation of automation tools and ERP enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 years of accounting experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

WHAT WE OFFER
The pay range for this position is $59,946 - $90,228 annually.
