We’re Hiring: Managed Services Consultant (Full-Time | Hybrid)
Echo Technologies is seeking a senior-level Managed Services Consultant to elevate our managed services operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role focused on escalations, process improvement, customer guidance, and strengthening service delivery—not a management position.
You’ll handle:
• Complex network systems escalations
• Process documentation improvements
• Customer-facing technical guidance
• Scoping validation for managed services opportunities
• Infrastructure upgrades project support
You bring:
• Strong IT infrastructure background (desktops. servers, cloud. networking, servers, firewalls, & virtualization)
• MSP experience
• ConnectWise/RMM/monitoring proficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot with urgency and ownership
Full-time. Hybrid remote on-site. Regional travel as needed.
