Job Overview
As a part of the Echo Technologies Contact Center, you will play a role in providing a five-star customer experience to our client’s customers. You will be provided with the training and resources needed to provide an exceptional customer experience on behalf of your assigned client(s).
Each day you will work to build your knowledge to become a subject matter expert in your client base. We take a hands-on, proactive approach to customer service at Echo and this role is central in carrying out that mission. You will be interacting with customers from different industries as you provide each with a memorable experience.
Role Responsibilities
· Answer in-bound inquiries from customers for our clients.
· Become knowledgeable of our clients’ products and services.
· Act as a seamless representative of our clients.
· Document all interactions in client database.
· Meet individual metrics for availability, handle time and other contact center measures.
· Delight customers during every service interaction.
· Work with teammates and/or clients to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have a passion for consistently providing world-class customer experience. If you have the following qualifications and experience, you may be a good fit for this role.
· High School Graduate
· Proven experience in providing exceptional service.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· A history of identifying issues and formulating proper solutions.
· Previous experience in hospitality (restaurants, etc.) is a plus.
· Patience, understanding, and empathy are required characteristics to be successful in this role.
· Ability to work on-site in our office located at 1590 N. Roberts Rd, Kennesaw, GA.
