Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the daily success of the hotel. This position guides and directs hotel team members with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate brings experience in guest service and hotel operations and thrives in a hands-on environment. You’ll guide your team to deliver a welcoming, efficient, and dependable guest experience while supporting the General Manager in maintaining overall operational performance.
