Your Opportunity
Echo Sales Inc. is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Racine, WI, with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule after the new-hire probationary period.
In this role, you will focus on building and strengthening partnerships within the 12-volt aftermarket industry. You’ll introduce new accounts to our premium product lines, support existing partners with ordering and product guidance, and help grow territory sales through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
No scripts here. We value authentic conversations, consultative selling, and long-term relationships. You will serve as a key point of contact for your accounts — from first outreach through ongoing account management — while collaborating with our internal team to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealer partners
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospect, follow up, and grow accounts
- Identify opportunities within the car audio, marine, powersports, and motorcycle aftermarket segments - There are no BOUNDARIES!!
- Educate partners on new products, promotions, and brand opportunities
- Process orders accurately and efficiently within internal systems
- Assist with quoting, sales forecasting, and documentation
- Follow up on backorders, shipments, and account needs
- Maintain organized account records and pipeline tracking
- Achieve sales and margin goals by growing your assigned territory
- Provide exceptional service that strengthens long-term partnerships

Skills & Experience
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of outbound sales, inside sales, or account management experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the 12V, automotive aftermarket, marine, or powersports industries
- Familiarity with car audio, remote start, security, or aftermarket electronics
- Experience in consultative or relationship-based selling
- ERP or order-entry system experience
Compensation
This position offers a base salary plus a performance-based bonus structure, with total anticipated annual compensation in the $55,000 – $65,000 range, depending on experience and qualifications.
Actual compensation will vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, and overall fit for the role. This range represents one component of Echo Sales Inc.’s total compensation package.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Primarily Monday through Friday
- Minimal Saturdays as business needs require
- 36–40 hours per week
- Based in Racine, WI with hybrid flexibility
