Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and verify invoices and employee expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Process payments via check or ACH in accordance with established payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies to ensure accounts remain current.
- Collaborate with finance team members to support month-end close and financial reporting accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s degree in accounting (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
