What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Host position at Echo Lake Cafe?
Echo Lake Cafe is a busy, family-owned breakfast and lunch restaurant in Bigfork and a longtime go-to breakfast spot in the Flathead Valley.
We rarely hire servers from outside our current staff because we prefer to promote from within, but we currently have an opening for a year-round Server/Host to join our team.
The details — please make sure these work for you before applying:
- Must be 18
- Must be available to work most weekends
- Approximately 3–5 shifts per week
- You’ll start with a mix of front-of-house positions while training and learning how our restaurant operates
- Some previous restaurant/front-of-house experience is preferred, but it does not need to be serving experience , we are happy to train the right person
- We’re looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, comfortable in a very busy restaurant, and interested in a year-round position
