We are seeking a professional and performance-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our core marketing packages and add-on services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of digital marketing solutions and possess the consultative selling skills necessary to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess potential client needs and goals.
- Present and communicate Echo & Impact’s service offerings with a clear, value-driven approach.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, and Operations) to ensure seamless client transitions from sale to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency, advertising firm, or B2B services environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, paid media, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to executive-level decision-makers.
- Highly organized with a disciplined, proactive approach to managing leads and follow-ups.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Background in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Existing book of business with a proven track record.
- Prior experience selling marketing packages, retainer models, or service-based offerings.
