- Provide direct patient care in home.
- Medication Reminders
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client's activities and changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers
Skills
- Housekeeping
- Experience in cooking small meals.
- Strong understanding of critical care procedures
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's diseases a plus
- Ability to adhere to company standards and protocols
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Proficient in documentation and record keeping
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week
