Description:
Handle requests and inquiries regarding customer orders, contracts, stocking agreements, forecasts, expediting, rescheduling, pricing and quotations- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales and internal support teams including engineering, accounting, production and shipping
- Systematically review customers’ orders status and proactively coordinate with production and supply chain to ensure superior on-time delivery and responsiveness
- Communicate product and policy changes to assigned customers and echo sales contact
- Proactively communicate to customers any changes affecting scheduling, pricing, and delivery
- Initiate and track internal workflow to drive product launches and RFQ’s to completion
- Enter all order types accurately and promptly while navigating computer systems and console and maintaining accurate customer contact details information in Salesforce
- Resolve customer hot items with a sense of urgency

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years in a customer service role; 2 years industry-specific
- Minimum of 2 years working directly with Echo customers and processes
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, order entry, and Salesforce
