Inventory Receiving Manager
Job Description:
AMS Fulfillment is seeking an Inventory Receiving Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with an excellent opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse management, inventory control, and labor management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Effectively oversee and manage all safety programs and monthly requirements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
- Manage warehouse operations including but not limited to: Inbound dock schedule, receipt of goods, storage, and distribution of materials and merchandise.
- Manage cycle count programs and physical inventories.
- Manage receiving accuracy and revenue targets associated with receipts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Ensure Company Policies are followed.
- Manage employee performance reviews.
- Conduct daily payroll audits for proper allocation of hours.
- Ensure a Safe Working environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience managing inbound products, replenishment to pick locations and Cycle Count programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel.
- Experience operating equipment such as Forklift, Cherry Picker, etc.
- Ability to train and develop TEAM members.
- High School Diploma or GED required, associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 3 years of warehouse management experience required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, twist, bend and stoop as required throughout the day.
