- Coach and support individuals on the job at local businesses
- Help build confidence, independence, and job skills
- Assist with learning tasks, routines, and workplace expectations
- Support positive relationships between participants and employers
- Track progress and celebrate milestones
- Ensure safety and follow individualized support plans

- Comfortable working in different community settings
- Job coaches or employment specialists
- Teachers, paraprofessionals, or school staff
- Human services or psychology graduates
- People leaving retail/food service who want daytime hours purpose
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (including fingerprinting)
- Experience in human services or related field preferred-but we will train the right person
