Day Program Support Specialist (DSP) – Make a Real Impact Every Day

At ECHO, we're hiring compassionate, reliable team members to support adults with disabilities in our LIFE Day Support Program in Leesburg, VA.

Monday–Friday only (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

No nights. No weekends. No shift work.

What You'll Do (Real Impact Work)

You'll spend your day helping adults with disabilities live meaningful, engaging lives:

• Support individuals in daily activities, life skills, and personal goals
• Lead or assist with fun, engaging activities (art, music, games, community outings)
• Provide encouragement, structure, and positive support
• Assist with personal care when needed (with dignity and respect)
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Track progress and celebrate successes

✔️ Basic Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (including fingerprinting)
• Some experience (or education) in human services preferred-but we will train the right person
