Position Summary: The Front Desk Associate will provide hospitality to all guests and visitors in addition to front desk duties involving efficient and timely reservations, check-ins / check-outs. Be an effective information resource regarding Park attractions and items of interest.

Position Summary: The Front Desk Associate will provide hospitality to all guests and visitors in addition to front desk duties involving efficient and timely reservations, check-ins / check-outs. Be an effective information resource regarding Park attractions and items of interest.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and provide relevant information about the park and lodge
- Display a positive and pleasant demeanor
- Handle guest reservations and room assignments
- Keep front and back-office areas organized and clean
- Prepare daily deposit, drop receipts and follow all company cash handling procedures
- Follow all specified procedures to audit the shift closing
- Balance, audit for accuracy and transmit credit card batches
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Present a positive image of the company in an upbeat, professional manner
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles
- Basic computer skills
Knowledge and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year customer service
