You’ll assist clients with booking transportation services and provide expert guidance with a calm, confident, and customer-focused approach. You’ll also work closely with other departments, including dispatch, billing, and group services; to ensure every trip runs smoothly, professionally, and on time. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while multitasking under pressure. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to transportation reservations
- Accurately enter and update client reservations in the system
- Provide quotes, vehicle recommendations, and service guidance
- Confirm reservation details with clients to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Modify or cancel reservations as requested, following company policies
- Communicate with dispatch and other departments to coordinate trips and resolve service issues
- Follow up with clients when needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of services, pricing, and policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 yrs Call Center or NON -RETAIL Customer Service experience highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading
- Fantastic customer service ethic with a focus on professionalism and quality
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and web-based tools
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Passionate, hard-working, and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
- Must exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
