Job Description
We are seeking motivated, confident, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Representatives. This position involves door-to-door outreach, speaking directly with residential customers about their gas and electric services, and enrolling qualified customers into our gas savings program.

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned territories
- Educate customers on gas and electric service options and potential savings
- Enroll eligible customers into our gas savings program
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
- Accurately complete enrollment documentation
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals
Compensation
- 100% commission-based pay (no base salary)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Paid per successful customer enrollment
- 1099 independent contractor position (no benefits or hourly wage)
Requirements
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and outdoor work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
