Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Camera Sports Media & Social Growth Intern based in Leominster, MA. The intern will assist in creating on-camera content focused on sports and brand storytelling, collaborate with the team to generate and execute creative ideas, and manage aspects of camera operation, lighting, and filming. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to social media strategies, engaging with online audiences, and helping to align ESM’s messaging with its mission of connecting athletes and brands authentically.
Qualifications
- Experience with camera operation and video production
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for video and on-camera settings
- Strong interest in sports media, content creation, or social media growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital storytelling is a plus
