Multi-National Trust Company - Trust Sales | REMOTE West Coast
A multinational financial services firm is seeking an experienced sales/wholesaling professional to expand distribution of its trustee services platform across the West Coast. Trust and estate planning experience is not required, as this is not a technical trust planning role.
The ideal candidate has background in financial services, track record of closing business and can manage their territory on a fully-remote basis. This is not a cold-start territory. The Managing Director will make personal introductions to established relationships.
The role is focused on presenting and closing trustee services opportunities, helping advisors retain client assets by offering a trusted solution for clients who need trust company services. This person will serve as the trust “arm” for those relationships, guiding opportunities from introduction through proposal and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and close trustee services opportunities through established RIA and wealth management relationships
- Manage a West Coast territory and develop advisor referral relationships
- Guide proposals and convert opportunities into new trust business
- Represent the platform in virtual meetings, conferences and select in-person advisor meetings
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years of financial services sales, wholesaling, institutional sales or related experience
- Experience working through advisors or wealth management firms
- Strong presentation, relationship management and closing skills
- Trust expertise is not required; training will be provided
West Coast candidates, with preference for candidates with convenient airport access.
Salary : $150,000 - $400,000
