Key Responsibilities
- Advise internal business teams on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, including financial services, investment management, privacy, employment, corporate, and commercial issues.
- Translate complex legal and regulatory developments into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support regulatory and business initiatives, including new market/entity launches, licensing processes, and implementation of new legal requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business and legal documents, including commercial agreements, employment-related documents, investment-related materials, policies, and internal guidelines.
- Partner with external counsel as needed and help educate legal, compliance, and business colleagues on new regulations, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years legal experience
- JD required
- Open to candidates with a range of legal backgrounds, including those with specialized expertise who are looking to broaden their skill set.
