Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, nurturing care for children from infants to Pre-K
- Follow classroom routines or lesson plans with confidence
- Support teaching teams and contribute to positive learning environments
- Ensure safety, licensing, and compliance standards are met
- Adapt to different classrooms while bringing energy and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- 12 months of classroom experience in a licensed early childhood program
- High school diploma or equivalent required (CDA or degree preferred)
- Must pass background checks and meet health/safety requirements
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week
