Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at ECE Pros, based in Gaithersburg, MD. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and promoting the company's cleaning services. Responsibilities include generating leads, meeting sales targets, following up with potential and existing clients, and providing excellent customer service to address client needs. The role will also involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge about ECE Pros’ offerings and the commercial cleaning industry to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in time management, prioritization, and multitasking to handle multiple client accounts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning industry practices and willingness to learn about various cleaning solutions and services
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
