Role Description
The Pediatric Therapist will provide therapeutic services and assessments to children in need of developmental support. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with families to ensure optimal service. The role also involves documenting progress, providing feedback, and participating in team meetings to align on goals. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model allowing for partial remote work, if needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric therapy, including developmental assessments and intervention strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
- Proficiency in documenting progress and creating detailed treatment plans
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Licensed or certified in relevant therapy fields, such as Speech Therapy, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Vision and Hearing Teacher
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or unique needs is highly desirable
- Master’s degree in your relevant field is preferred
