Entry Level Desktop Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end-users for the technologies supporting end-user computing environment across all geographies (MO, NY, DC, and home offices) VMWare (VDI restarts, disconnects), MS Windows, MacOS, laptops, PC hardware, MS Office 365, SCCM Self-Service Software Portal, Active Directory (user updates, password resets), Multifunction Printers, and a variety of end-user productivity software (ex: Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex, Slack)
• Work directly with end-users to provide technical support via phone calls, in-person interactions, and Slack messages
• Provide timely documentation in the Jira Service Desk Ticketing system

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Active Directory, and ticketing process
• Experience troubleshooting software issues, connectivity issues, and hardware issues

Preferred Skills:

• Completed training course in Desktop Support or equivalent work experience in desktop support role.
