Position Title: Digital Analytics Analyst
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Analyst to support media reporting, campaign measurement, dashboard development, and performance insights across digital marketing programs.
This individual will help translate complex measurement approaches into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and business partners. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with media performance data, QA’ing reporting accuracy, building dashboards, and helping teams understand what is working, what is not, and where optimization opportunities exist.
This role requires someone who can balance strong analytical skills with effective communication. We are looking for someone who can dig into the data, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate a clear story around media and creative effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital analytics and media measurement across paid media, campaign, and creative effectiveness initiatives
- QA media data for ingestion into reporting platforms such as NinjaCat or similar media reporting tools
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for stakeholder use
- Analyze media performance data to identify trends, insights, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Translate complex measurement concepts into simple, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Partner with media, analytics, strategy, creative, and account teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Consult on opportunities to improve media effectiveness, campaign performance, and measurement quality
- Support the development of measurement frameworks, KPIs, reporting structures, and performance narratives
- Help evaluate the relationship between media performance, creative effectiveness, attention metrics, and brand outcomes
- Review campaign data for accuracy, completeness, tagging issues, inconsistencies, and reporting gaps
- Prepare reporting materials, insights summaries, and presentation support
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to explain findings, answer questions, and recommend next steps
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital analytics, media analytics, marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or performance reporting
- Experience working with paid media data across channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, or retail media
- Ability to QA media data and identify data quality issues before reporting
- Experience building dashboards, reports, or performance summaries for stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and business actions
- Familiarity with media reporting tools such as NinjaCat, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, or similar
- Understanding of media KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversions, reach, frequency, video completion rate, and engagement
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large or multi-source data sets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with media, account, strategy, analytics, and creative teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with attention-based metrics and how they apply to media and creative effectiveness
- Experience working with brand lift studies and understanding how they measure marketing effectiveness
- Experience with campaign tagging, tracking, UTM governance, taxonomy, or data QA processes
- Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk, or Campaign Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics platforms
- Experience supporting reporting presentations or executive-level insights
