Our salon family is a talented, vibrant, and supportive group of people who all have one thing in common — a dedication to quality, teamwork, and providing an incredible experience for our guests.As a Lead Salon Advisor you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets. With your passion for people; our company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires and delights them. RESPONISBILITESOversee salon operations: booking appointments, handle money, guest interaction.Support and lead the development of all part-time Salon Advisors.Maintain consistent selling and service standards.Assist with managing purchase orders, receivables, and inventory control.Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.Ability to work cohesively with all co-workers as part of a team.Ability to focus attention on detail.Strive to achieve team and induvial goals.Preform general cleaning duties throughout shift; include laundry.Preform any task deemed necessary by management.Patriciate in all company events.Possess strong drive and ambition for the overall store business success.REQUIREMENTSBe self-motivated and perform job functions with minimal supervision.Maintain good organization skills.Ability to make responsible and effective decisions independently.Have effectual time and project management skills.Ability to identify problem areas and come up with solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be trustworthy and efficient.Be able to work on own initiative.Ability to manage various situations and people.Ability to work under pressure
