Position Summary
The Territory Manager will support the U.S. Operations with business development, industry/client relationship building, reporting, and capturing data and insights to build on current and develop new markets for ECCO within their Territory. This role is responsible for building new relationships with customers and internal and external business partners, managing existing customers and accounts, and generating new business accounts. The Territory Manager will perform all duties in a prompt and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
General Duties:
· Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior customer service to ECCO’s customers so they will want to do repeat business with ECCO Manufacturing
· Maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees.
· Read and follow ECCO’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures
· Read and follow ECCO’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
· Attend regular Operations Meetings as needed.
· Pursue educational courses in-line with assigned duties to improve product knowledge.
· Help in any other areas of regional operations as requested by the Regional Sales Director
Territory Sales Operations:
· Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and sales targets
· Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer base, including key accounts, and stay informed on their current and upcoming needs and projects.
· Develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with vendors and industry partners.
· Develop sales leads and follow up on all assigned leads.
· Strategize, monitor, and track sales trends and product performance to eliminate sales attrition and maximize ROI & growth.
· Build regular reports and present data and findings to the management, operations, and executive teams as needed.
· Utilize customer data and trends to create/improve business development models.
· Capture and record key information to build customer profiles to ensure a strong and lasting relationship.
· Work cross-functionally with ECCO’s internal stakeholders to assist with the proposal, bid, and estimation process.
· Participate in Industry events and maintain ECCO’s presence with relevant business associations and organizations.
· Acquire detailed knowledge of potential customers and identify new potential markets.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, new market entrants, and new innovations that may affect ECCO’s competitive market position.

Qualifications and skills:
· Driven and resolute sales professional with 5 years’ experience driving results across the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on Building Products.
· Proficient in business development, sales lifecycle management, cold calling, and relationship building across multi-million-territories.
· Highly personable, with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients.
· Experienced in contract negotiation, project administration, strategic planning & execution, and sales operations across various sectors.
· Dedicated to continuous improvement and has a passion for optimizing client engagement through innovative sales strategies.
· A degree or college diploma would be considered an asset.
· Excellent communication skills; high energy, enthusiastic with proven people skills, and critical thinking skills
· Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
· Ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of personalities.
· Ability to assess analytically and problem-solve.
· Valid Drivers License with no restrictions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
